The Origin Story
Like most good sports tech ideas, PerformX was born out of pain. Our founders were coaching high-performance athletes and drowning in disconnected tools — messy training spreadsheets, scattered DMs, manual result-entry, and AI assistants that knew nothing about sport.
So we built something better.
PerformX combines deep sport-science knowledge, modern AI infrastructure, and an obsessive focus on user experience to give coaches and athletes a single, beautiful home for everything training-related.

What We Believe
- Data should serve athletes, not the other way around. We don't harvest your training data to sell ads or train models you didn't consent to.
- AI is a tool, not a replacement. Great coaching is a human skill. AI should amplify it, not simulate it.
- Simple > complex. The best coaching software disappears into your workflow. If it's a chore to use, it's not working.
- Sport is community. We're building features that connect squads, not just individuals.
Where We're Based
PerformX operates from Melbourne, Australia — with a distributed team spread across the Asia-Pacific and beyond. Our infrastructure runs in AWS's ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region for low-latency and data sovereignty.
